Accountabilities - Client/Advisor Support

  • Providing high level of defined administrative services to visitors, clients, co-workers & business partners
  • Contributing in a team atmosphere as well as on an individual basis
  • Handling of income calls
  • Scheduling appointments for multiple advisors
  • Supporting advisors with completion of forms, applications, etc
  • Data Entry/ Client Management System, Filing
  • File preparation (before & after client appointments)
  • Knowledge of Office 10, Word, Excel & Powerpoint
  • Maintaining office premises
  • Able to plan small & large client events
  • Adhering to privacy/compliance standards

Skills

  • Bilingual (able to speak French)
  • Financial Services & Industry knowledge would be an asset
  • Proficient in using Office 10, E-mail, Word, Excel & Powerpoint, aptitude for learning new technology
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Effective telephone techniques, courtesy & patience
  • Understands the need for change and responds to change in a positive manner
  • Professional behavior demonstrated at all times
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and interruptions
