Salary Range: $37,040-$55,560 per annum

Do you have outstanding administrative, organizational and computer skills? Do you enjoy working as part of a high-performing team? Then this may be the job you’ve been looking for. In this role, you will support the General Manager by performing administrative duties, such as preparing presentations, minutes and other correspondence; organizing meetings; and coordinating reports. You will act as the liaison between the General Manager and site employees and external organizations, and with corporate office regarding invoicing, purchasing and Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) vendor requirements. You will work under AGCO regulations and comply with all applicable laws, policies and procedures.

The successful candidates will possess: 

  • A secondary school diploma or comparable combination of equivalent working experience and education
  • Certification in a Secretarial/Office Administration course
  • Experience in a related field of two (2) or more years
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
  • Extensive knowledge of computer applications and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines under pressure
  • The ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario
