Aircraft Maintenance Technician performs inspections and troubleshooting of an aircraft, including airframe structures, engines and aircraft systems, disassembles and removes defective parts, assembles and installs replacement parts, interprets technical manuals and drawings, tests aircraft systems, records problems and action taken to rectify them and maintains an accurate statement of the work accomplished in technical records of the aircraft.

Our growth requires additional support to satisfy the demand of our projects.We are seeking dedicated individuals who will take on the apprenticeship program with enthusiasm and assist us with our heavy maintenance lines. We primarily service the Dash 8 Q400, Dash 8 100/300 and CRJ100/200/700/900 aircraft.
We expect applicants to be ready to work in a fast-paced working environment. Our role requires individuals to have excellent communication skills with a team player attitude! Team members agree to work rotating shifts to satisfy demand, including afternoons and weekends.
- Starting hourly wage for Apprentice Aircraft Technician range from $16.00 to $18.00.
- Once Apprenticeship program is complete, Aircraft Maintenance Engineers hourly wage range from $32.00, to $36.00
Working hours are mainly 7am to 5:30pm, but extra hours may be required to complete project deadlines.
